These letters were originally published during the early 1980s in 'Open Doors', the magazine of Knutsford Methodist Church. I have since resurrected them (slightly edited) as reference material to assist the Monday Bible Class in its study of the Gospel of Luke. The letters are actually a product of my imagination, but I have relied on the documents which were probably available to Luke when he wrote Acts in about AD 64, so they express the sort of arguments which Luke would have used.
