Theme
Prayer, Power, Proclamation
Morning Services
There are normally two Morning Services, respectively at 9.15am and 10.45am.
Junior Church
This operates in conjunction with the 10.45am Services and comprises a starting session of worship-songs and prayer followed by seperate activities in the age-group departments. For Morning Worship Services, the young people stay with the Church family until the offertory but for Holy Communion Services the Junior Church commences at the start of the Service, later joining the Church family for the act of Communion. For the Family Services the young people remain in church throughout.
Evening Services
The following monthy pattern is usually followed:-
- 1st Sunday - Evening Worship
- 2nd Sunday - Celebrations (Youth Celebrations in alternate months)
- 3rd Sunday - Healing Service
- 4th Sunday - A programme of Holy Space, Celebration or Celtic Service
- 5th Sunday - United Service with St Cross Church
Music in Church
Normally the organ accompanies the 9.15am and the 1st and 3rd (Healing) 6.30pm Services. The Worship Group plays from 10.30am each Sunday, both in preparation for, and accompanying, the 10.45am morning worship. The Group also leads the 2nd & 4th Sunday evening Celebration Services at 6.30pm.
